celebrate the many purposes of our canine friends with a sneak peek from the set of their
latest film, “A Dog’s Purpose.” Look for the movie in theaters next year.
September 20th – 26th is National Dog Week, a time devoted to celebrating the canines among us and the very special purposes they have in our lives! In honor of this special week, Walden Media and DreamWorks Studios, announces the start of production on their latest feature film, “A Dog’s Purpose,” based on Bruce Cameron’s, best-selling and beloved novel.
Millions have fallen in love with the heartwarming story of a dog’s journey to find their special purpose in their owner’s life. Dog lovers will especially relate to the story of the powerful connection we share with man’s best friend! Dennis Quaid (“Far From Heaven,” “The Rookie”), Britt Robertson (“Tomorrowland,” “Delivery Man”), K.J. Apa (“Shortland Street”), Juliet Rylance (“The Knick,” “Frances Ha”) and Peggy Lipton (“Mod Squad,” “Twin Peaks”) are set to star in the film and Academy Award Nominated, Lasse Hallstrom (“The Hundred-Foot Journey,” “Chocolat”) is directing.
