INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis officer was reunited with the dog she helped save two weeks after the rescue.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Teresa Wilborn was on her way to her assigned zone on March 12 when she spotted a dog lying in the street on Riverside Avenue.
She thought the animal had died after being run over, but the dog suddenly started to raise her head up and move.
