Day 6 – Goose from Ontario, Canada. Pet Parents: Charlene Miller & Isis Doyle
Sometimes the right pet comes in an unexpected package. This was exactly the case for Charlene Miller and Isis Doyle as they searched for a small to medium-sized puppy to bring home with them. What they found instead was true love in the form of Goose, an 85-pound Perro de Presa Canario mix. One look and Isis knew Goose was the dog for Charlene and her, although past behavioral problems left Charlene a little skeptical. However, once the two interacted with him, the pup proved to be a perfect gentleman who was relaxed and calm. The couple decided they couldn’t leave without him. The puppy, now renamed Cairo, loves to take long walks and runs with his new pet parents. When he isn’t living an active lifestyle, Cairo can usually be found peacefully snuggled up with Charlene and Isis.
