The residents of this town need to get together and defeat this prejudicial and senseless ordinance. The government can’t limit the number of kids people have to add to the overpopulation crisis; why, then, are they allowed to limit the number of nonhuman family members one has? The only requirement should be that they are well looked after and that they do not generate noise or other forms of pollution that bother others.
