The ASPCA has now taken Safe Haven and has announced they will close their doors for good as of December 1, 2013. They mentioned 96 animals that are in need of furever homes. The ASPCA is assessing each animal as well, which isn’t good for the animals, as some of these dogs have been in there for well over a year and have not had the proper treatment nor exercise.
