What do you get when you mix dogs who are looking for loving homes and Halloween? The 1st annual SouthBARK “Howl-O-Ween”! The fun is happening Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 9:00am until 6:00pm at Foley Heritage Park.
The Howl-O-Ween festival will include live music from Michelle Wainwright, Nick Arkin, Rising Star, The Bonediggers, Donald Wilson, and Shane Smith. There will be a rabies and microchip clinic, and you’ll have the opportunity to adopt your next furry family member!
Food and beverages will also be served. There will be a photography booth, arts and crafts, and a silent auction. Your whole family is invited, and that includes your pets! And if you want to have even more fun, wear your Halloween costume! Admission is free!
If you aren’t able to make to the event, organizers say vendors and donations for the silent auction are still greatly needed.
