Wafer and Whisper are Yorkshire terrier mixes, between 1 and 2 years old. The female dogs were rescued by Second Chance Pet Adoption from what volunteers term a “horrible” hoarding situation. Now, the nonprofit group is looking for a home that could, preferably, adopt both of them. Whisper has deformed front feet but gets around on them with little problem. Both are approximately 10 pounds, are spayed and are up-to-date on shots.
For more information on Wafer and Whisper and other adoptable pets, call the Second Chance Pet Adoption League at (973) 208-1054 or go to secondchance.petfinder.com. Second Chance is a nonprofit volunteer fostering organization serving the Morris County area.
