Veterinary Technology Adoption Day is July 19 – Easley, SC Patch

Tri-County Technical College’s Veterinary Technology Department will hold a Pet Adoption Day Thursday, July 19, from 2 – 6 p.m. at Halbert Hall on its Pendleton Campus. Titled “Paws to Celebrate,” the event is part of the College’s 50th anniversary celebration.

Dogs are leash trained and taught basic commands, while the cats are socialized with people and other cats. All animals are spayed or neutered and vaccinated. There is a $45 fee payable at the time of adoption. This fee includes a microchip and registration.

That is such a good idea and we hope lots of people take advantage of it. We have never seen anything like that advertised around here.
