A Boy Named Bunny Needs a Home – Woodinville, WA Patch

From Homeward Pet Adoption, Woodinville, WA:

Say hello to Bunny! He’s a wonderful five year-old Shih Tzu mix patiently waiting for his forever home at Homeward Pet Adoption Center. He found his way to Homeward Pet after his owners concluded that they could no longer provide necessary care. Freshly groomed and with a mouthful of clean teeth, Bunny is ready to go! At only nine pounds, he will make a fine pet for someone who is looking for a smaller companion. This little fellow prefers quieter environments and respectful handling, so he’s looking for a home with older teenagers and adults. Younger children aren’t quite his style.

Bunny is seeking an owner who can provide him with ongoing socialization and exposure so that he may feel more confident in new situations. He successfully shared his previous home with another dog, but can be a bit shy with new dogs at first meeting. Slow introductions and proper time to acclimate to new doggy friends work wonders for Bunny. He doesn’t mind cats at all, so he would be a good fit for someone who is looking to add a cat friendly dog to their family. House-trained and crate-trained, Bunny has all the characteristics that make up a great household pet. Once he settles in, he’ll charm you with his playful and comedic personality.
