From Homeward Pet, Woodinville, WA:
Scampurr is wondering why being such a regal looking cat, he somehow managed to end up in at Homeward Pet Adoption Center, not once but twice!
His first time at Homeward Pet was three years ago when Scampurr was surrendered by his elderly owner who was going into a nursing home and there were no family members who could care for him. In his second home this peach-colored Persian was a well-loved companion and best friend however his owner’s new move didn’t allow him to come along. This adorably sweet 10-year-old is in the prime of his life and more than ready for chapter three.
His name really suits him, according to Homeward Pet workers. When he isn’t chasing a toy, he is in your lap sharing his extra loud purr with you. Having been previously declawed, Scampurr has only known an indoor lifestyle. Homeward Pet is not sure how this blue eyed boy would do living with other cats or dogs as he has always been an only ‘child’.
