Elmira — The Chemung County Humane Society and SPCA is holding a “Lucky Dog” promotion, offering discounts on adoption prices for its dogs during the month of March.
Discounts range from 10 to 50 percent off regular prices.
Dog adoptions normally cost $120, but will be $108, $102, $96 or $60 depending on the discount. To determine the discounts, adopters will select from a bag of gold coins.
The Chemung County Humane Society is located at 2435 State Route 352 in Elmira.
