Bideawee’s Manhattan Animal Shelter’s cats and kittens Dec. 19, 2011 – Examiner.com

Bideawee is the oldest no-kill animal shelter and organization in the United States. Founded in 1903, Bideawee ensures that its cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies are healthy both physically and emotionally as each animal receives the individual attention they deserve to prepare them to be taken home by suitable families. Here are a few of the cats that are currently available for adoption:

Grimsby is a 6 month old neutered male, white and brown spotted Domestic Shorthair mix who came to Bideawee in October 2011. This handsome, energetic, and vocal kitten is a survivor of a hit and run accident and came to Bideawee with a fractured pelvis. Grimsby would be happiest in a home with an experienced family with members over age 12 and will get along fine with another cat or dog. His ID number is 14360426.
