Bow-Wow Brunch a success for Humane Society of the Desert – MyDesert.com

Last Sunday’s second annual Bow-Wow Brunch at Wally’s in Rancho Mirage was a rousing success — sold out at 151 guests, plus a waiting list.

Saving animals is a huge draw throughout the desert. This unique event, benefiting the Humane Society of the Desert, is always a hit.

It featured animal ambassadors, pets in need of adoption and advocates from several animal organizations, including Lindi Biggi of Loving All Animals and Dr. Lori Kershner of the former Desert Paws, recently re-named Advancing the Interests of Animals.
