Workers at a Duluth business got quite a surprise when unloading a tractor trailer shipment last month from Denmark, SC. When the doors were opened, a dog reportedly ran out the trailer and into the warehouse.
The driver suspects the dog got on the truck in South Carolina two days before the delivery was made. He said the trailer was not air-conditioned, and the temperature could exceed 100 degrees during the 200-plus-mile trip, according to a Gwinnett County Police Department press release.
