The city’s pet adoption center will be pushing to save even more animal lives than it did last year, and not just on principal – there’s $100,000 at stake.
The Burlington Pet Adoption Center will participate in the qualifying heat of the ASPCA $100K Challenge from April 4 through April 15. During the challenge, shelters will compete for the $100,000 grand prize by saving the lives of 300 or more pets from August 1 through October 31 than were saved during the same period last year.
