Felix is a cute young guy, perhaps a terrier-herding dog mix. He can be a talker; he just wants attention and would prefer a home where his people would be around a lot.
Felix is a good boy who came from another shelter.
The Humane Society also continues its Cat Adoption Special Promotion through the month of December. Cats and kittens are available for adoption for $25 each, two-thirds less than the regular rate, in order to find more homes for the shelter cats this Holiday Season.
