Farmington No Kill Pet Adoption Center gets extension

The Farmington No Kill Pet Adoption Center gets a 30 day extension from the health department to stay open.  According to Beth Haafe the adoption center has until January 26th to come up with $25,000 to install a new septic system.

Right now the No Kill Adoption Center has raised half of the money to meet the $25,000 goal and have plans to raise more.

In the meantime, the shelter is changing the way they operate so they don’t emit water into a stream the health department is worried about.
