Winnebago County Animal Services announces the Golden Whiskers adoption program for senior cats and dogs, seven years or older. The new adoption program, open to any qualified adopter, 18 years or older, begins July 2 and replaces the Senior to Senior adoption program.
Golden Whiskers cats can be adopted for $20 and dogs for $55. All adoptions include a one-year vaccination for distemper and rabies, a microchip, spay or neuter services, a one year Winnebago County rabies tag, worming, a free wellness exam and a bag of food.
