COSHOCTON — The Friends of the Animal Shelter Pet Adoption Center adopted out its 100th dog recently. The black Labrador mix breed wasn’t at the center long, about a week, before he found a new home.
“He’s adorable,” said Kathy Spizzirri, whose family adopted the 13-week-old puppy and named him Bozley.
