As another holiday season approaches, Little Victories in Barboursville, WV, is dreaming of cuddly puppies, furry kittens and fundraisers galore.
Little Victories is an animal rescue center for abused, neglected, injured and abandoned animals.
The shelter has a “no-kill” policy meaning that, unlike other animal shelters in the Tri-State, it does not euthanize animals to make room for new ones.
